Project inquiries

When you submit the project form, we receive the name, email address, organization, project description, and optional project context you provide. We also record your permission choices, submission time, request reference, and any campaign parameters in the page address.

We use this information to review your request, contact you, scope an engagement, and keep track of the discussion. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, health records, payment details, student records, or confidential documents through this form.

Hosting and delivery

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form submissions in a database used by TUPTECH. The site also uses Cloudflare to send inquiry notifications to our business inbox when email delivery is available. Cloudflare processes network information, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and help prevent abuse. Our inquiry database does not store your IP address.

Sharing with OpenAI

The form includes a separate, optional permission to share your contact details and project summary with OpenAI for a relevant opportunity or deployment discussion. It is unchecked by default. We do not treat a general inquiry as permission to register or share your project with OpenAI.

You can contact us to withdraw that optional permission for future sharing. Information already shared may also be subject to the receiving organization’s privacy practices.

Cookies and local processing

This site does not use advertising trackers or a third-party analytics script. The project selector and readiness check run in your browser; their answers are not submitted unless you separately send a project request. The private staff inbox uses a session cookie to authenticate authorized users.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry information as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information. We may need to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it.
